Within the field of Human-computer interaction (HCI), I am primarily interested in understanding and creating interactive systems with a focus on supporting individual and social well-being. I have a particular interest in how the structural features of interactive systems relate to people’s interpretations and perceptions of their interaction with the system or with other people. Some relevant (but non-exhaustive) research topics may include empathy, reflection, perception, cognitive accessibility, embodied computing, or multimodal interaction.
My interests outside of research include keeping illustrated dream journals, instrumental music, and photographing day-to-day moments.
