Class LightManager

This class is used each frame as a temporary data structure to pass a complete list of lights that have been added to the scene to any shader programs. You should not add or clear lights directly via this class. Instead, create a new AmbientLight, DirectionalLight, and/or PointLight object and add it to the scene the same way you would with a Mesh3 or other scene object.
